I purchased 100 grams of this lovely roving. It’s soft to the hand and bouncy. It’s a dream to spin, for me anyway very easy. The colour of the spun yarn is a deep rich brown. I think my camera has bleached the colour a bit. The price point is excellent well worth buying
Never used Ryeland before. It's gorgeously soft and bouncy. Would be great on it's own or plied in with another type of fleece to give it a bit of air and lightness. Great service from Claire who swapped these after I ordered the wrong thing. Very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend.
