These commercially prepared rovings are made from the fleeces we buy in from a local Poll Dorset sheep farmer.  The staples are  3-4 inches with a micron count of 26-34.  The wool is crisp and springy making it hard wearing and great for items with structure. It softens and blooms after washing.
