What's on at Woolplay
Here you'll find what's on at Woolplay over the coming months. From September 2025, the wool shop and textile studio at our smallholding will usually be open Thursdays to Saturdays each week from 10 till 4 but do check the home page and social media for any changes to that.

We hold regular cake +make get togethers each month - 1st Saturday 10.30am till 1pm, 2nd Thursday 2 till 4.30pm and 4th Friday, 2 till 4.30pm.
At all our get togethers, you don't need to stay the whole time if you have other commitments but even a short time amongst natural wool and like minded people will recharge your batteries and inspire your creativity. Bring along your own project or you are most welcome to do some weaving on the set up rigid heddle looms. You can also use the drum carders or combs while your here if you have washed wool to process. There will be drinks and cake available to keep you going while you craft for which we ask for a donation of £2.
