SHIPPING INFO

OUR HOME PAGE HAS REGULAR UPDATES ON HOLIDAYS AND OTHER INFORMATION

Shipping charges are indicated at the point of purchase and are also set out in our schedule of shipping rates available on our website. If you wish to collect in person please contact us before purchase so we can ensure that no shipping fees are applied to your order and to arrange a time to collect from the studio.

Orders to UK destinations are shipped by either DPD, Royal Mail 1st Class, Parcel Force 24 or DHL for larger items. All items sent outside the UK are shipped via DPD or DHL.

If items are in stock we aim to have them dispatched within 2 to 4 working days of receipt of payment. If items are back-ordered we will contact you following placement of your order to advise when we expect shipment. Where part of an order consists of both back-ordered items and in-stock items we will await for all items to be available before we ship. Should you require the in-stock items immediately then please contact us to arrange separate shipping, which may be subject to additional postage fees. We will consider on a case-by-case basis whether additional shipping charges are required for split-deliveries. Timescales for the availability of back-ordered weaving, spinning and carding equipment is dependent upon our suppliers. You have the option to cancel an order for any items not in stock.

On occasions we may arrange for your purchase to be sent to you directly from the manufacturer or supplier. All orders sent directly from the manufacturer or our suppliers will be sent via their courier service. All orders are insured to the point of delivery, however, Woolplay cannot be held responsible for deliveries arranged and procured by third-parties (i.e. the manufacturer).

All parcels are insured to the point of delivery. You can choose to have your order delivered to a separate address from your billing address.

We must be informed of any items lost in transit within 10 days in order to submit a compensation claim.

CUSTOMS DUTY

EU Countries:
At checkout you will be shown the price of the order without any taxes being included. You will have to pay the import fees and taxes to our courier companies which is either DPD or DHL when your delivery reaches your country. You will receive an email detailing the costs. They will only send your order once this is paid.

Rest of the World: 

All items shipped outside of the UK and EU are delivered with duty unpaid. The recipient is responsible for paying any customs charges or other duties incurred in purchasing an item from the UK for delivery outside the UK.
